Day 23 of EMG's 2020 Quarantine File a Day project. In this hypnosis session I will set a trigger in your mind so that if someone you know sends you a command surrounded by brackets [] you will immediately and subconsciously follow the command. This will work in email, text or chat but only if they are addressed to you(don't want random stories on the internet triggering people). You will never remember the commands that are given, or even listening to this file.

Day 22 of EMG's 2020 Quarantine File a Day project. Alladin had his lamp, Genie had hers, you will have yours. In this Hypnosis file you will choose an item to be your lamp(may be anything) when rubbed you will physically transform into a genie (including skin color and size changes etc) and will be required to obey whomever possesses your lamp(sorry, no magic powers). You may also rub the lamp yourself if you want to wander around in Genie form. This state lasts until you are commanded back into the lamp or sleep. No commands last after you've returned to the lamp.
